• Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, saucepans, toaster, electric jug, quality crockery and cutlery.
• Open-plan living area with dining suite, 6 dining chairs, 2 lounges, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan, television, iron and ironing board.

• Interior timber staircase leading to the second storey.
