Ashmore Palms' standard Family Villas have 3 bedrooms and a spacious floor plan. These self-contained cabins are popular with large families and sporting groups.

Features
- 3 BEDROOMS. Sleep max. 6 guests. Recommended for up to 2 adults & 4 children.
- Master bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, clock radio, mirror, wardrobe and reading lights.
- Second bedroom with a single bed, small wardrobe and reading light
- Third bedroom with 3-level bunk set (recommended for children only), small wardrobe and reading light.
- Master bed and single bed made prior to arrival. Linen provided for other booked guests. Bath towels provided.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity and exhaust fan. Separate toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, saucepans, electric jug, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar sachets on arrival.
- Open plan living area with round dining table with 6 chairs, 2 lounges, ceiling fan, television, reverse cycle air-conditioning (included in tariff, with 4-hour press button timer) and coffee table.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Private driveway parking for one vehicle.
- A baby cot can be erected in the living area (not sufficient space in the bedrooms for a cot).
- Terracotta tiling in the open-plan living area and carpet in bedroom.
