• Well-appointed kitchen with full size oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, saucepans, electric jug, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar sachets on arrival.
• Open plan living area with round dining table with 6 chairs, 2 lounges, ceiling fan, television, reverse cycle air-conditioning and coffee table.
• Iron and ironing board.
• Private driveway parking for one vehicle.
• An infant's cot can be erected in the living area (not sufficient space in the bedrooms for a cot).
