The following booking conditions apply for holiday reservations:

• MINIMUM STAY. Each cabin type has a different minimum stay, dependant on whether the dates fall in the off-peak, mid, peak or summer peak seasons. Please note that Ashmore Palms is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
• PRICES FOR FIRST 2 ADULTS. The prices for accommodation quoted on this website are for the first 2 persons, unless otherwise noted. Additional children (3-13 years) are an extra $AUD10.00 each per night and additional adults (14 years and over) are an extra $AUD15.00 each per night. Maximum occupants must not be exceeded.
• MEMBER RATES. Members of BIG4, NRMA, RACQ, RACV, RACT, RAA, RAC (WA) and AANT are eligible for the “Member Rates” for each cabin type. Please mention your membership upon booking and present your membership card upon arrival at Ashmore Palms.
• DEPOSIT. A nominal deposit is required, to secure each booking, within 7 days of making the reservation. If arriving within 6 weeks of making the reservation, the deposit is required upon booking. The deposit amount is required upon booking for online reservations. The deposit amount required varies for different cabin types, as detailed in the applicable Holiday Rates table.
• CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT. The deposit can be paid by credit card over the telephone. Ashmore Palms accepts Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying by credit card, the same credit card must be presented upon check-in at Ashmore Palms for verification. If a company, family member or friend is paying your deposit, they must first complete a Credit Card Payment Authorisation Form and fax it back to Ashmore Palms on 07 5564 5877 for pre-authorisation. Groups paying their deposit via credit card must also complete a Credit Card Payment Authorisation form.
• CHEQUES. Personal cheques will only be accepted if received more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. If sending a cheque or money order please record your full name, postal address, phone number and reservation number on the reverse side. Please note that a $AUD50 administration fee applies for a dishonoured cheque.
• ACCOUNT BALANCE. The balance of your account, plus a $AUD50 key bond and any other applicable bonds, is payable upon arrival at Ashmore Palms by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Please note that cheques are not accepted on arrival.
• GROUP BOOKINGS/TRAVEL AGENT BOOKINGS. Different conditions apply for group reservations and reservations made with Travel Agents.
• CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES. Check in time is between 2.30pm and 9.00pm, and check out time is between 7.30am and 10.00am, daily (except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
• CANCELLATION/ALTERATION POLICY. NON-ONLINE BOOKINGS: If more than 30 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less an $AUD50.00 cancellation fee per cabin. If less than 30 days notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. At least 30 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $50 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin type made. Date changes are subject to availability. ONLINE BOOKINGS: Online bookings are not subject to changes. Should a booking made via Ashmore Palms' online reservation system be cancelled, the full deposit will be forfeited. GROUP BOOKINGS: A minimum of 60 days notice must be given for all group booking alterations and/or cancellations. An administration fee may apply for group booking alterations, at the discretion of Ashmore Palms' Manager. Should more than 60 days notice be given for the cancellation of all or part of a group reservation, a cancellation fee of $AUD50.00 per cabin will apply. If less than 60 days notice is given for all or part of a group reservation, the deposit for all cancelled cabins will be forfeited.
• Schoolies are required to complete an application form, to provide identification and a $500 bond. At least one person in the cabin must be 18 years or age or older.

The above mentioned prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Other booking terms and conditions apply for Interim Cabins and Long Term Cabins. Contact the Long Term Rentals Team at Ashmore Palms for further information.

Ashmore Palms Holiday Village respects your privacy. Information you supply to Ashmore Palms for an inquiry, reservation and/or to become a member of Ashmore Palms' e-news, is kept strictly confidential. Your information is used for Ashmore Palms to communicate with you and is not provided to third parties. Please notify Ashmore Palms if you do not wish to receive any advertising literature.
